As part of our responsibility to support the development of Dubai and the UAE, we seek, where possible, to recruit talented UAE Nationals throughout our organisation.

We have initiated a Graduate Management Trainee Scheme to help fresh Nationals Graduates succeed in our international environment. The scheme is designed to facilitate intense and structured growth environment during the first two years of employment. Following this, the performance of employees is monitored and all necessary support is provided to ensure that they achieve their full potential at DICEC.

Nationals who possess the required skills, knowledge and aptitude for the job are given priority in terms of employment opportunities, promotion and training. Preference is also given to Nationals with disabilities provided they are able to do the job to the required standard.
